The Brief

David Jones engages Medium Rare as its content agency of record. Our remit is to lead content strategy and production across all channels with an editorial approach that is inspiration-led (not product-led), offering an authoritative and expert edit that drives both loyalty and sales.

 

The Solution

We created a world-class content team of style and fashion experts that works closely with David Jones to plan and produce all content based on customer insights with multiple channels in mind. To create content that truly engages, the team looks closely at search, social and customer behavioural data and layers this against David Jones’ own market data.

We now produce JONES magazine and regular multi-channel campaigns for events such as fashion launches, beauty awards, Christmas and Mother’s Day.

Philippa previously worked both in Australia and around the world as an editorial stylist and brand representative.
